Refund and Returns Policy

Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unassembled, and in its original packaging
  • All components and hardware must be included
  • Proof of purchase is required

Items that have been assembled, installed, or used are not eligible for return.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Digital products or downloads (including our Wedding Backdrop Styling Blueprint)
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Items returned in used or damaged condition

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at:

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos if the item arrived damaged or defective

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns. We are not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider

Shipping costs are non-refundable.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.

We will work with you to provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.


Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order has entered processing or shipped, it cannot be canceled.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days:
